The web site contains minimal information on our current availabilities. At any given time we have around thirty units available. Please call our office for more detail. We only advertise what we have currently vacant. Since we normally receive only 30 days notice from vacating tenants we do not know what we will have beyond 30 days and we do not show properties until they are vacant and ready. If you are coming to the area to look at properties make sure you plan to look during the week and not on a weekend as Peninsula management companies are not available to show properties on the weekend. As with most landlords, we do not accept dogs in properties we manage. We may consider cats in single family homes only. It is advantageous for you to rent from a professional management company because we are aware of your needs and rights as a tenant. We treat tenants honestly and fairly and do our best to respond quickly to maintenance problems. You should also check The Herald newspaper and Craig list, Monterey. We place all our vacancies  on Monterey.craigslist.com.  We update Craig's list every Sunday.  These sources will also help you find other properties that we do not manage.
