William Ashby, founder and president of Creative Property Management, holds a degree in accounting from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA and a California Real Estate Brokers License. Mr. Ashby earned the highest national level of achievement in real estate management as recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management, a division of the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Ashby has taught property management at Hartnell College in Salinas and periodically conducts state-wide seminars for continuing education for real estate licensees. He has also served on the Board of Directors and as treasurer of the Monterey Peninsula Board of Realtors.
